Ginny’s Roots

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Harleston Green Scotch
  • 1/4 oz. St Germaine
  • Rosemary
  • Grapefruit Peel
  • 2 oz. Soda Water
  • 2 oz. Tonic water
  • 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 Limes

Preparation:

  1. Half two rosemary sprigs.
  2. Two limes pre cut.
  3. Stir.
  4. Tube glass.
  5. Shaker.
  6. Ice.
  7. Lighter.
  8. Muddle the rosemary and grapefruit peel together.
  9. Add ice, Scotch, St Germaine, soda water, tonic water, simple syrup to shaker.
  10. STIR vigorously.
  11. Add ice to tube glass.
  12. Double strain ingredients , squeeze one lime into drink.
  13. Burn the end of rosemary to leave Smokey.
  14. Garnish one lime on rim and rosemary sprigs in drink.
  15. Enjoy!
