  • 2 oz Harleston Green Scotch
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Matcha Syrup*
  • 1/2 oz. Egg White
  • 1 bar spoon Yuzu Marmalade

Preparation: Shake all ingredients with a large ice cube and strain into a coupe glass.

*Matcha Syrup

  • 250 gr Water
  • 250 gr Sugar
  • 30 gr Matcha Powder
  1. Whisk over heat until match and sugar are dissolved.
  2. Bottle and chill.

Cocktail Inspiration:

Named after the premier Japanese golf course, the Hirono translates the rich Scotch and golf histories of Scotland to a Japanese cocktail sensibility. Matcha syrup draws out the herbal and tea notes of Harleston Green, while the yuzu plays off its subtle tropicality, combining to create a cocktail that captures the breezy serenity of a beautiful course like Hirono.
