- 1.5 oz. Wódka Vodka
- 1 oz. Ancho Reyes Verde
- 1 oz. Beet Syrup
- 1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
- Beet syrup is made with equal parts beet juice and granulated sugar.
- Shake all ingredients with one inch ice cubes, strain over fresh ice in to crystal cut rocks glass.
Garnish: Amaranth seeds and dehydrated lime wheel
Glassware: Crystal cut rocks glass
Vodka seems to be under used in a craft setting, being able to incorporate some fresh and healthy flavors that I enjoy during the day with a little kick is what inspired this cocktail.
