- 2 oz. Harleston Green Scotch
- 1 oz. Grand Marnier
- 1 oz. Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
Preparation: Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass full of ice, stir until sufficiently chilled, diluted and incorporated. Strain into a whiskey tumbler and garnish with a lemon twist.
Garnish: Lemon Twist

My bar is at the base of a world renowned and world class and ski resort. We’re currently designing our winter cocktail menu and speed of service, superior quality and excellent products form the nucleus of our cocktail program. I’ve personally been working on creating cocktails which highlight and enhance the flavors of a base spirit, using only the ingredients immediately available to a me behind my bar. Upon tasting Harleston Green I was immediately charmed by the delicious citrus and floral notes which I knew could form the back bone of a great yet easy to make cocktail. Excitedly I began playing around with it. The Harleston Charm is the result.
