- 1.5 oz. Harleston Green
- .25 oz. Pedro Ximenez Sherry
- .5 oz. Carpano Bianco Vermouth
- .75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .25 oz. Grenadine*
- Combine all and shake.
- Store cold.
1 qt luxardo cherry syrup, 2 cups water, 7 drops fee brothers orange flower water
Garnish: 2 Skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries

Scotch is a versatile spirit, but Harleston Green in particular lends itself to a wide array of cocktail options. I wanted to showcase that by using two separate fortified wines (sherry and vermouth), and then complimenting those with other modifiers to brighten (lime juice) and add depth of flavor (grenadine). The baking spice infused fruit bomb is kind of punk rock, so I named it Harl Snarl thinking it would be a pretty cool punk rock band name.
