Great Scotch

Recipe by Brandy Klein


  • 1.75 oz. Harleston Green Scotch
  • heavy .25 oz. Averna
  • .25 oz. Pimms no. 1
  • .25 oz. Tempus Fugit Creme de Cacao
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters


  1. Add all ingredients to mixing glass, add ice, and stir.
  2. Strain into coupe glass.

Garnish: Manicured Orange Peel

When I first started serving a customer asked me for a scotch and soda and I asked them if coke was ok. 10 years later I’m trying to redeem myself with a spirit-forward scotch and coke. Named after my favorite scotch and artificial sweetener drinker, Micheal Scott.
