Far East Spritz

  • 1 Muddled Rambutan
  • 2 oz. Coconut Washed Wódka Vodka
  • 1 oz. 50/50 Lime Juice Yuzu Juice Mixture
  • 1.5 oz. Green Apple Juice
  • .5 oz. Pandan Syrup
  • 1.5 oz. Soda

Preparation: Muddle rambutan, then add all ingredients minus soda into tin and medium shake. Add soda to tin and serve over new ice and garnish with rambutan.

Garnish: Fresh Rambutan

Glassware: Large Water Glass or Wine Glass

Cocktail Inspiration:

My inspiration for this drink was from the asian markets we have in LA. You walk into them and see all sorts of produce you will never find in your local grocery chain. I wanted to incorporate some of the ingredients and flavors you find in those markets and as well as some more common flavors to create a refreshing cocktail that everyone will enjoy.
