Recipe by Alex Artishenko Jr.
- 1.5 oz. Cilantro Infused-Wódka vodka
- .5 oz. Dolin Gènèpy les Chamois
- .75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Hibiscus Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Preparation: Build all ingredients into a metal mixing tin. Add decent sized ice(preferably 1x1in cubes) and shake aggressively to achieve the proper dilution and temperature. Then take it off ice and dry shake for an additional 30 seconds. Double strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe to avoid any further dilution from ice chips. Garnish with the micro hibiscus flowers, spray the top and enjoy!
Garnish: Micro Orchid Flowers + Orange Blossom Water Spray
Glassware: Cocktail Coupe
One day a guest had challenged me to make a vodka cocktail for him. No preference other than shaken and refreshing. This guy already had a vodka cocktail placed on our menu, bearing his name….as if he needed another. Well, that’s exactly what happened.
Wódka is our featured base vodka to mix without our bar, of course. So I set out to mixing with it. This cocktail is light, refreshingly clean, and highly aromatic. Alpine herbs and floral notes allow the Polish spirit to hold its own. And the egg white only allows it to feel ever so soft and inviting. I hope you enjoy it as we have! Cheers!
