Cleansing Breath

  • 2 oz. Harleston Green Scotch
  • .5 oz. Liquor 43
  • 1 oz. Lemon
  • .5 oz. Sage Syrup
  • 3 bar spoons White Peach Pure (Perfect Pure)
  • 1 Egg White

Preparation: Pull all ingredients into tin dry shake then add ice and shake again. Double strain into coupe glass.

Garnish: Sage Leaves

Cocktail Inspiration:

Inspiration behind this cocktail was for my love of fresh herbs and stone fruit. During the summer we have such a limited time that stone fruit is at its peak and wanted to take advantage of that as well as all the sage that has taken over my garden. I added a little bit of liquor 43 to give a warmth to the cocktail and it pairs beautifully in this sour variations.
