How can we take a different approach to scotch and introduce it to people that are scared or unfamiliar with it? Combining my love of tiki cocktails and adding a twist to it, in this case Harleston, we can make scotch more approachable and desirable to the masses. Changing the profile of how people usually partake in it, making it fun and festive, even something you’d want to drink in the summer sun. That is my goal and inspiration for this drink. Taking its name from a tiki bar in run by Satan on “South Park” it is a play on the name sin tiki. With the Cinn Tiki I want people to have fun and be a bit playful with the way they consume cocktails.
