Bogey Greene

Ingredients:

  • 1.50 oz. Harleston Scotch
  • 1 oz. Cold Brew Coffee
  • .50 oz. Cynar
  • .50 oz. Campari
  • 2 dashes Mole Bitters

Preparation: Add ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir until chilled. Serve over a chilled coupe. Extract orange oils. Discard orange. Enjoy!

Garnish: Discarded orange twist. Rosemary Sprig

Glassware: Coupe Glass

Cocktail Inspiration:

I wanted to make a pick me up cocktail with scotch and came out with the Bogey Greene. It is nice and balance. Non sweet and just enough bitterness.
