My inspiration behind this cocktail was the delicious peppery but sweat note you get from the Wodka Vodka. I thought that this would be best represented being paired with grapefruit and an herbal but bitter French element coming from the Byrrh. This cocktail is a fun refreshing cocktail with a hint of bitter and spice making you want to come back for a second sip of discovery.
