A Scotsman’s breakfast

Recipe by Kristiana McGill


  • 1.5 oz. Harleston Green Scotch
  • 1 bar spoon full of Orange Marmalade
  • 2 dashes of Bitters
  • .5 oz. Lemon Juice


In shaker –

  1. Add the lemon juice & marmalade.
  2. Stir till dissolved.
  3. Add scotch & bitters.
  4. Stir on ice.
  5. Strain into socks glass.
  6. With one big rock cube.

Garnish: Torched Orange Peel

Cocktail Inspiration:

I’ve recently become a scotch drinker however it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. So I decided to give it a little sweetness so it’s easier to drink and the torched orange peel compliments the Smokiness of the scotch. It’s for beginner scotch drinker 🙂
