Mix up these Absolut Vodka cocktails this Valentine’s Day, created by Pernod National Ricard Mixologist, Kevin Denton.

Moon Spritz
Moon Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Absolut
- 1/2 oz. Lillet Blanc
- 1/2 oz. Lychee Liquor
- 1 oz. Sparkling Wine
- 1 oz. Soda
- Iridescent Luster Dust
Preparation: Combine non-sparkling ingredients and .5 g luster dust and refrigerate. When ready to serve, shake, add to glass, top with sparkling ingredients. Garnish: Submersible LED light or a speared cherry half-dipped in silver glitter.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Absolut Original
- 1 oz. Blood Orange Juice or Puree
- 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz. Lime
Preparation: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an edible orchid or orange rind.

- 2 oz. Absolut Mandarin
- 4 oz. Blood Orange Soda
Preparation: Build ingredients and garnish with chili threads and message hearts.

Love Buzz

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Absolut Original
- 1/2 oz. Crème de Cacao
- 1 oz. Raspberry Puree
- 1 oz. Room-temperature Espresso
Preparation: Shake all ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a chocolate-raspberry tuille.

Shanghai Red Eye

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Absolut Lime
- 4 oz. Light Lager
- 3 oz. Tomato Juice
- 1/2 oz. Soy
- 1/4 oz. Chinese Black Bean Paste
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz. Sriracha
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- Szechuan Spiced Salt Rim*
Preparation: Combine all ingredients except beer and tomato juice. Stir until incorporated. Add tomato juice to paste with ice and stir until cold. To serve, pour tomato mix in the bottom of a tall pilsner glass with ice, add beer slowly to incorporate. Garnish: Fortune cookie, pickled lotus root, scallion.
*Szechuan Spiced Salt Rim
Ingredients:
- 20 g. sugar
- 20 g. salt
- 5 g. each toasted and ground: Szechuan peppercorn, cumin, sesame seed and anise.
