Seersucker Southern Style Gin’s Cranberry Gin Buck cocktail will help you make use of all those inevitable Thanksgiving leftovers you have.
Cranberry Gin Buck

- 2 oz. Seersucker Gin
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
- 2-3 Cranberries Muddled
- 1 dash of Angostura
- 3 oz. Ginger Beer
- Lemon Twist Wrapped Around a Cranberry (for Garnish)
Preparation: Add Seersucker Gin and cranberries to a shaker, muddle. Add ice, lemon juice, cranberry juice and angostura to shaker and shake. Fill copper mug to top with ice. Strain shaker into copper mug. Add ginger beer. Add more ice if needed. Garnish with a lemon twist wrapped around a cranberry.
