Easy to Mix: Afrohead Rum Holiday Cocktails

Mix up these easy to mix, holiday inspired cocktails from Afrohead Rum.
Coquito
For the Eggnog Enthusiast – Courtesy of Rum Ambassador Isaac Grillo
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz. Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- 1 1/2 oz. Coconut Water
- 1 1/2 oz. Afrohead Briland 07
- 1 Egg White
Preparation: Shake all ingredients vigorously to incorporate egg white. Top with grated nutmeg.
Cinnamon and Spice and Everything Nice Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Afrohead XO
- 1/4 oz. All Spice Simple Syrup
- 3-5 dashes of Aromatic Bitters
Preparation: Stir all ingredients and strain over large format ice on rocks glass. Garnish with star anise.
Hottie Choco Toddy

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz. Afrohead Briland 07
- 3-4 oz. Hot Chocolate
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
Preparation: Build all ingredients in mug, (you may also leave cinnamon stick in while hot chocolate comes to room temp), then shake ingredients and serve over ice.
