Spring Cocktails from Canard, Inc.

The Basil Lime Cooler
Make in pitcher, serve in highball glasses filled with ice. Muddle one large bunch of basil leaves in a small amount of lime juice
Add:
- 3 parts of Vodka
- 1 part Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 part Simple Syrup
Preparation: Stir before serving, pour over ice 3/4 full, top with chilled Seltzer, garnish with a Lime Wedge
Fresh Blackberry Mojito
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 tablespoon light sugar
- 8oz. light rum
- Lime juice from one lime
Preparation: Muddle the mint leaves, blackberries and sugar, add the rum and lime juice. Mix well, divide the mix between 6 tall glasses, fill with ice cubes, and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime slice and mint sprig.
