Belvedere Vodka Valentine’s Day Cocktails

Reverse Vesper
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz. Belvedere Vodka
- 3/4 oz. Tangueray 10
- 1/4 oz. Lillet Blanc
Preparation: Shake all ingredients until very cold and fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon zest.
Classic Martini Pour Deux
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. Belvedere Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Lillet Blanc
Preparation: Combine ingredients in large mixing glass and stir over ice until very cold. Strain equal parts mixture into two chilled mini martini glasses and pour remaining liquid into a mini carafe. Keep carafe on ice and garnish martinis with a twist of pink grapefruit each.
Pearly Queen Martini
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Belvedere Vodka
- 1/4 oz. Lillet Rose
- 1/8 bar spoon crushed pearl powder
Preparation: Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with an expressed lemon twist and discard.
Diamond in the Rough
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz. Belvedere Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Dolin Rouge
- 2 drops Diamond bitters
Preparation: Stir ingredients over ice until very cold. Strain into rocks glass over a single large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist.
