Drink of the Week: El Tigre with Pasote Tequila

This Drink of the Week is featuring tequila. Pasote Tequila is a great base for this sweet and smoky cocktail. 

Pasote Blanco is distilled from pure rainwater, natural spring water, and agave. The agave is grown from their master tequilero, giving it an herbal and incredibly pure taste. With aromas of agave roasted to perfection and bright citrus, it leaves behind a crisp and light flavor.

Here is a cocktail you can mix up.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Pasote Blanco Tequila
  • 1 1/2 oz. Bozal Ensamble Mezcal
  • 1/4 oz. Aperitivo Liqueur
  • 3.4 oz. Passionfruit Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. WTRMLN Juice

Preparation: Combine all ingredients, shake with ice, and strain over large ice cubes in a glass rimmed with Tajin and sesame seeds.
