Mix up this delicious Gimlet using Cocoa Nibs infused Caorunn Gin.
Balmenach Gimlet
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Cocoa Nibs infused Caorunn
- 1 oz. Beetroot, Blackberries, and Lemon Thyme Cordial
- 2 dashes Mandarin Bitters
- 1/8 oz. Lime Juice
Glass: Cobbler Glass
Preparation: Stirred over ice. Garnish with lemon thyme dust.
