Chilled Drink of the Week: Carrot Chai Latte

Carrot Chai Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Monkey Shoulder Scotch
  • 2 1/2 oz. Fresh Carrot Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 oz. Homemade Chai Syrup
  • 1 dash of Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitters

Preparation: Add all ingredients and shake with ice. Pour into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with micro carrot.
