Lobster ME’s Lobster Mary

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 6 oz. Tomato Juice
  • dash of Celery Salt
  • dash of Tabasco
  • dash of Worcestershire
  • Juice of One Lemon
  • Quick Grind of Pepper Mill
  • Cooked and Chilled Lobster Claw

Preparation: Rub lime along edge of cup; dip edge in plate of Old bay seasoning. Fill a tall glass with ice. Add stock of celery and lemon wedge as garnish. Place a cocktail pick through the center of a cooked, chilled Maine lobster claw. Serve on top of drink and enjoy.
