Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rhum Barbancourt 8
  • 3/4 Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Rockey Botanical
  • 1/2 oz Swedish Punch
  • 1/2 oz Ginger Apple Agave

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together on ice.
  2. Shake.
  3. Double strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with an apple slice.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Santa Teresa 1796 Rum
  • 1/2 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Espresso Shot
  • Pinch of Salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Shake vigorously, then strain into a Martini glass.
  4. Garnish with grated coffee bean and serve with a biscotti cookie on the side.
