Casamigos Tequila Presents Tacos After Dark with Aaron Sanchez

Casamigos Tequila was the title sponsor of Casamigos Tequila Presents Tacos After Dark with Aaron Sanchez.
The event took place as part of South Beach Food and Wine Festival and hosted over 600 people at the Loews Hotel. The evening featured 15 chefs, five of which (Todd English, Ingrid Hoffman, Jose Garces and Richard Sandoval and Aaron Sanchez) cooked with Casamigos Tequilas.
Cocktails Served:
Spicy Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- 1/3 oz. Cointreau
- 1/3 oz. Simple syrup
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 3 Cucumber wheels
- 1 Jalapeño slice
Preparation: Muddle cucumber, jalapeno, lime juice, and simple. Combine all ingredients to iced mixing glass. Shake vigorously for 10 count. Fine strain all contents into a rocks glass w/wo salted rim.
Garnish: Cucumber and Jalapeño slice
Casamigos Paloma
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
- 3/4 oz. Fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/3 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz. Agave nectar
- Splash with Grapefruit Soda (Suggested San Pellegrino Grapefruit Soda)
Preparation: Shake in a shaker and pour over ice.
Casamigos Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- 3/4 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz. Fresh orange juice
- 1/2 oz. Agave nectar
Preparation: Shake ingredients with ice then strain and serve on the rocks.
Garnish: Orange wedge
