BULLDOG Gin Holiday Cocktails

Get into the holiday spirit with some festive cocktails featuring BULLDOG Gin (a citrus forward, London-dry, new world gin) and some seasonal, warm spices.
BULLDOG Gin has mixed up some cocktails especially for Chanukah, Christmas and New Years.
CHANUKAH COCKTAILS 2015
Berries & Spice G&T
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. BULLDOG Gin
- 4 oz. Premium Tonic
- 3-4 Blackberries & Raspberries
- 2-3 Anise Stars
Miracle of Fire and Lights
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. BULLDOG Gin
- 4 oz. Premium Tonic
- 1/2 oz. Jalapeño Water
- 1/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz. Agave Nectar
CHRISTMAS COCKTAILS 2015
A Star Topper
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. BULLDOG Gin
- 1 oz. Apple Cider
- 1 drop Clove Essence
- Topped with Prosecco
- Anise Star for Garnish
Christmas Wreath
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. BULLDOG Gin
- 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Splash of Pomegranate Juice
- Rosemary
Preparation: Muddle rosemary, shake all ingredients vigorously and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
NEW YEARS EVE COCKTAILS 2015
Sissinghurst
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. BULLDOG Gin
- 1/2 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 oz. Cardamom Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Lemon Twist (Garnish)
- Prosecco/Champagne
Preparation: Shake all ingredients vigorously and double strain into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco/Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
All Nighter
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. BULLDOG Gin
- 1 oz. Espresso
- 1/2 oz. Milk or Cream
- 1 drop Maple Essence
- 1 dash of Cinnamon or Nutmeg
Preparation: Shake all ingredient vigorously and strain in to a martini glass.
