Brockmans Black Cloud

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Brockmans Gin
  • .75 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
  • .5 oz. Orgeat
  • .5 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • .5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • Pineapple Wedge (to Garnish)

Preparation: Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
