Brockmans Gin, the super premium, new-style gin that is becoming a favorite of U.S. consumers and bartenders alike, has been awarded a Gold Medal at the 2019 Artisan Spirits Awards.
“We are extremely honored to receive our second Gold Medal from the Artisan Awards and the prestigious panel of judges dedicated to selecting the best based on skill, ingredients and craftsmanship,” says Neil Everitt, Brockmans’ CEO and Founder. “Having received our first Gold in 2014, the year we launched in the U.S., this repeat recognition reinforces our ongoing commitment to consistently producing an exceptional gin that is a leader in the new-style movement.”
The Artisan Awards is a tasting competition that showcases traditional made products from producers around the world, recognizing products made by people who truly love what they do—craftsmen, creating rare, handmade, organic products that maintain consistency year after year trough traditional methods.
Brockmans Gin’s unique combination of botanicals including blackberries, blueberries, bitter-sweet Valencian orange peel, coriander from Bulgaria and juniper berries sourced from Tuscany, is steeped in pure grain spirit for up to 24 hours to release the flavors and then distilled in a traditional copper still. Conventional gin aromas of juniper and angelica marry with the refreshing citrus flavors and the rounder top notes of blueberry and blackberry to give the gin its distinctive signature taste and intense smoothness.
“We developed Brockmans to be distinctively different and luxurious and to appeal to a broad base of consumers in a way more traditional gins do not,” added Everitt. “We believe we have created something very special. Consumers and bartenders around the globe who are exploring new-style gins, are weighing in as more and more are embracing Brockmans Gin”.
Brockmans Gin is available in 750ml at an SRP of $34.99. For more information, visit BrockmansGin.com.
