Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 1/2 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
- 1/4 oz. Ponthier Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz. Yuzu Juice
- 5 Fresh Blackberries
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Preparation: Muddle blackberries and lemon wedge with simple syrup in a mixing class. Add remaining ingredients, ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Casa Noble Tequila
- 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
- 3/4 oz. Lime juice
- 3 Fresh Strawberry Halves
- 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
- 2 Basil Leaves
Preparation: Muddle strawberries in a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients, ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
