Since the release of the white and rosé, Cameron Diaz and Katherine Power have been bombarded with the question, “are you going to release a red?”
The Avaline co-founders did exactly that. While a red wine was always in the works, they prematurely released it at the request of their followers.
“We created Avaline for our community. With the early success of both the White and the Rosé and constant requests for more wines, we knew we had to move the Red launch up sooner than originally planned and share the love. The Red happens to be my favorite yet,” adds Cameron Diaz.
The vegan wine made from all organic grapes was created to create a peace of mind to their conscious consumer. The blend is also free of any additives. With over 120,000 white and rosé bottles sold from their launch in July, Diaz and Power felt ready to release the red blend.
The two entrepreneurs had a desire to create a wine that wasn’t filled with unnecessary and undisclosed extras. They designed this wine for their consumers who sought after a healthy lifestyle.
Katherine Power shares, “With Avaline, our mission is to make this level of ingredient and nutritional transparency the norm. We see a tremendous opportunity to create an accessible brand for the consumer who seeks ‘clean’ food and beauty products and wants to extend that to their wine.
Avaline White was on the top 10 best-selling list for the white blend in the ultra-premium category through the four-week period. A majority of the retail stores that are carrying the wine have already repurchased the blends. Avaline was also recognized by a top-reviewers, Anthony Dias Blue of The Tasting Panel, who rated the wines 91 and 90 respectively.
