Éva Pelczer is a freelance spirits writer based in NYC, and she’s been writing about food and drink for various publications since 2011. She comes from a craft bartending background, shaking up cocktails behind some of the best craft bars of Los Angeles, NYC, and Portland, OR since 2009. Éva won the 2014 William Grant & Sons May Mixoff cocktail competition and received an IAM Scholarship 2013-14 for writers and artists in the bartending industry.
