Mixologist, Jeremy Oertel of Donna in Brooklyn, NY, is sharing a couple of his favorite cider-infused cocktails. The slight effervescence and subtle sweetness both balance and brighten your cocktail leaving you with a refreshing, smooth finish on your palette.
Crisp Apple is perfectly balanced to give your cocktail a crisp and refreshing twist. By Mixologist, Jeremy Oertel.
- 1 oz. White Rum
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 2 slices Cucumber (Muddled)
- 5 to 6 Mint Leaves (Muddled)
- 4 oz. Angry Orchard Crisp Apple
Preparation: Muddle mint and cucumber in a shaker then add all ingredients except cider. Shake with ice and fine strain into a rocks glass with ice and top with cider. Garnish with a mint sprig and cucumber wheel.

- 1 oz. Vodka
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. St. Germain
- 1/2 oz. Ginger Syrup
- 4 oz. Angry Orchard Summer Honey
Preparation: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a collins glass with ice and top with cider. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger and lemon wheel.
