Afrohead Rum Halloween Cocktails

Bloody Collins

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Afrohead Briland 07
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Simple
- 3/4 oz. Cherry Purée
- 3/4 oz. lychee Purée
Preparation: Shake and strain all ingredients over fresh ice in rocks glass. Garnish with lychee stuffed with cherry (eyeball).
Pumpkin Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Afrohead XO
- 1/2 oz. Spiced Pumpkin Syrup
- 3-5 dashes Walnut Bitters
Preparation: Stir all ingredients and serve over large ice in rocks glass. Garnish with toasted pumpkin seeds.
Halloween Manhattan

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Afrohead XO
- 1/2 oz. Ancho Reyes
- 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 3-5 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Preparation: Stir all ingredients and strain into chilled coupe. Garnish candied chili and shaved chocolate.
The Great Pumpkin Punch

Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Afrohead Briland ’07
- 12 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 12 oz. Pumpkin Syrup
- 6 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 6 oz. Fresh OJ
Preparation: Stir all the ingredients with ice in large container, adjust sugar or acid for desired sweetness or tartness. Pour container into carved out pumpkin (already tested with water for leaks), serve punch style and garnish with a grapefruit and orange slices, a couple cinnamon sticks, cloves, and a dash of whole allspice.
