Absolut Elyx Brings Copper to the Streets of New York During Fashion Week

By this point, if you indulged in the New York Fashion Week frenzy, you have definitely seen the Absolut Elyx Copper Cab parked outside of the hottest events, shows and parties or surfing the city streets. So, what’s the story?

From DUMBO to TriBeCa and everywhere in between, luxury vodka brand Absolut Elyx dared A-list talent and industry elite to commute in the world’s most stylish taxi. The lux car service scooped up New York’s who’s who in a 1949 Cadillac Fleetwood 75 that was transformed into a custom copper checkered cab.

The brand curated a complete Elyx experience transporting VIP’s to some of the most buzzed about shows including Alexander Wang, Philipp Plein, Jill Stuart, Self Portrait, Bono’s EDUN Collection Store Opening and more while providing fanciful comfort and top-notch service. Complete with a disco ball, velvet and printed ceiling, a customized Elyx Playlistand a vintage Polaroid camera, the copper cab was a party on wheels and a defining moment in Fashion Week.
