  • 2 Sage Leaves Muddled
  • Soda Water

Preparation: In a Collins glass, shake, dump, top with soda water and garnish with blueberry.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Azuñia Reposado Organic Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Gentleman Jack

Preparation: Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir. Serve over ice in a copper mug.

  • 1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Preparation: Add all ingredients into a shaker tin. Shake. Serve over ice.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Azuñia Blanco Organic Tequila
  • 3/4 oz. Pineapple Syrup (1:1 Pineapple Juice to Sugar)
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Top with 1 bar spoon Heirloom Popcorn Reduction*

Preparation: Add all ingredients except reduction. Add ice. Shake for 8-10 seconds. Double strain over fresh ice into Old-Fashioned glass. Top with Reduction and garnish with lemon peel spiral.

*Heirloom Popcorn Reduction

Unsalted and unbuttered heirloom popcorn blended with equal parts water and sugar and strained to produce a thick syrup.

  • 2 oz. Azuñia Blanco Organic Tequila
  • 1/4 oz. Dolin Véritable Génépy
  • 3/4 oz. Apple/Ginger/Cilantro Juice*
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup

Preparation: Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake. Strain into a glass. Garnish with fresh oregano sprig and cracked black pepper.

  • 10 Granny Smith Apples
  • 6 oz. Peeled Ginger
  • 2 bunches or 5-6 oz. Fresh Cilantro
  • Cold Press/Juice Together
  • Add 2 oz. Lemon Juice for Acidulation

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Azuñia Blanco Organic Tequila
  • 3/4 oz. Azuñia Organic Agave Nectar
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • splash of Water

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and pour into a glass. Top with garnish.

  • 2 oz. Azuñia Blanco Organic Tequila
  • 3 oz. Tomato Juice
  • 1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • dash Tobasco® Sauce

  • Seasoning Salt

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Roll all ingredients between the two shakers back and forth 5-6 times. Pour into glass and add ice. Top with desired garnish.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Azuñia Blanco Organic Tequila
  • 4 oz. Ginger Beer
  • 1/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in mug or glass and stir. Add ice and garnish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Azuñia Blanco Organic Tequila
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon OR Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 10-12 Mint Leaves, Muddled
  • 2 oz. Club Soda

Preparation: Muddle mint leaves. Add tequila, lemon juice and simple syrup to shake and add nice. Shake for 10 seconds. Dump into glass and top with club soda. Add a couple cubes of fresh ice if needed.
