There are so many quintessential flavors of summer that it’s sometimes hard to choose a favorite.

S’mores, watermelon, pina colada, ice cream floats, and popsicles. All of these delicious tastes that just scream summertime. As summertime comes to a close, mix up one of these drinks and enjoy this fleeting season while it’s here. Unfortunately it will be gone before we know it!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 part SVEDKA Vanilla Vodka
  • 1/4 part Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1/2 part Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla frosting (for Garnish)
  • 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs (for Garnish)
  • Mini Marshmallows (for Garnish)

Preparation: Frost the rim of the glass with vanilla frosting and dip into graham cracker crumbs. Layer the ingredients in order of chocolate liqueur, Irish Cream, then SVEDKA Vanilla Vodka. Top with marshmallows and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 5 Fresh Watermelon Cubes
  • 1 1/2 oz. Absolut Citron Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. St. Germain
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Thyme-Infused Simple Syrup
  • Soda Water, to Top
  • Thyme Sprig and Lemon Peel (for Garnish)

Preparation: Muddle watermelon cubes in a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients and ice; shake vigorously for 8 to10 seconds. Pour into ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with thyme sprig and lemon peel.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 oz. Rum
  • 2 oz. Coco Lopez
  • 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • Toasted Coconut* (for Garnish)
  • Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Preparation: Combine all ingredients, blend and serve in a toasted coconut rimmed glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

*Toasted Coconut:

Place desired amount of coconut flakes in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the flakes are mostly golden brown. If the coconut is sweetened it tends to brown faster so, it will take less time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Coffee Ice Cream
  • 3/4 cup Guinness
  • Dark Chocolate Syrup and Dark Chocolate Shavings (for Garnish)

Preparation: In a frosty mug, line sides with dark chocolate syrup then add 2 scoops coffee ice cream and fill with Guinness. Garnish with additional chocolate syrup and dark chocolate shavings (optional).

Yield: 8-10 Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Moscato
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 sprigs Fresh Mint
  • 1/2 Honeydew Melon (Peeled and Cubed)

Preparation: In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and mint to create an infused syrup. Simmer gently for 10 minutes. Cool and reserve. In a food processor, blend together the honeydew and Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Moscato. Add the infused syrup and pulse to combine. Pour mixture into individual molds; add sticks and freeze until solid.

  • 6 oz. Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Moscato
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 sprig Basil
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice

Preparation: Blend all ingredients together. Pour mixture into individual molds. Add sticks and freeze until solid.
