If you are looking for something a little more fruitier, try the Sayonara Nakatomi, which pairs aloe vera juice, candied orange syrup and yuzu juice with Midori. The Rooftop G&T utilizes refreshing bubbles of cucumber soda. The Enenra mixes mezcal, sake and spiced maple syrup and the Pascale Espresso Martini features a mixture of fresh espresso and Kahula.

Hot Sauce at QT Melbourne
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Martell VS
- 3/4 oz. Tanqueray gin
- 3/4 oz. Dolin Rouge
- 1/2 oz. Campari
- 1/4 oz. Shiraz
- 1/4 oz. Grapefruit Bitters
- 1/4 oz. Cinnamon Infused Syrup
Preparation: Add all ingredients to a lidded jar, fill remaining space with cherrywood smoke, serve on Japanese plate with brandy balloon with large ice rock and Cinnamon quill garnish.
Sayonara Nakatomi
Hot Sauce at QT Melbourne
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Midori
- 1 oz. Sekitoba Imo shochu
- 1 oz. Hitachino White Ale
- 1 oz. Aloe Vera Juice
- 3/4 oz. Candied Orange Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Yuzu Juice
Preparation: Add all ingredients to a tin, add ice and shake vigorously, double strain into a chilled coupette, garnish with edible flower.

Hot Sauce at QT Melbourne
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. La Vida Mezcal
- 1 oz. Daiginjo sake
- 1/2 oz. Campari
- 1 oz. Spiced Maple Syrup
- 6 drops Umami Bitters
Preparation: Stir in a mixing glass until correct dilution is achieved. Julep strain over a large ice rock and garnish with crispy bacon.
Pascale Espresso Martini

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Martell VS
- 3/4 oz. Kahlua
- 3/4 oz. Chestnut liqueur
- 3/4 oz. Vanilla Demerara sugar
- 1 1/2 oz. Fresh Espresso
Preparation: Add all ingredients to tin, hard shake with ice, strain into coupette, garnish with 3 neatly placed coffee beans and grated nutmeg.

Ingredients:
- 3 blocks Cucumber
- 2 1/4 oz. West Winds the Sabre gin
- 1 oz. Elderflower Quinine Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
- Top 4 oz. Capi Cucumber Soda
Preparation: Muddle cucumber in bottom of highball glass, add all ingredients, top with cubed ice and stir to mix, add crushed ice on top and garnish with cucumber twirl and rosemary sprig.
