5 Easy to Mix Fourth of July Cocktails

Toast Independence Day with these boozy blends at your backyard BBQ or star-spangled soirée.
Summer 75 Punch
Created by Mixologist Lynnette Marrero (Llama Inn)
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 1 cup Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Brewed and Chilled
- 3/4 cup St-Germain French Elderflower Liqueur
- 3/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 cups Martini & Rossi Prosecco
Preparation: Place all ingredients in a punch bowl or pitcher and mix. Add Prosecco. Tip: Freeze edible flowers in ice and use to chill punch. Serves 10.
The Sparkler

Ingredients:
- 5 oz. Martini & Rossi Prosecco
- 1 scoop Raspberry Sorbet
Garnish: Raspberries
Preparation: Using a melon baller, add a scoop of raspberry to a chilled champagne flute. Fill with Martini & Rossi Prosecco. Garnish with raspberries.
Lady Liberty
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. of Martini & Rossi Asti
- 1/2 oz. of Bacardi Gold Rum
- sash of Lemon Juice
Garnish: Cinnamon Sugar
Preparation: Rim the glass with cinnamon sugar. In a prepared champagne flute, add all ingredients. Stir once and serve.
Star Spangled Sangria
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Martini & Rossi Prosecco
- 1/4 cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice or Lemonade
- 6 large Mint Leaves
- 1 1/2 cups Sparkling Water
- 3 Lemon Slices
- 5 Fresh Strawberries (Sliced)
- 3 Cucumber Slices
Preparation: Combine lemon juice, mint leaves, sparkling water, lemons, strawberries and cucumbers in a pitcher. Gently stir in chilled Martini & Rossi Prosecco just before serving. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint. Serves six.
Berry American
Ingredients:
- 1 part St-Germain French Elderflower Liqueur
- 2 parts Vodka
- 3/4 part Fresh Lemon
- 1/4 part Simple Syrup
- 1 part Muddled Strawberry
- Top with Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé
Preparation: Shake and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Top with Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé. Garnish with strawberries.
