With as weird as this year has been, we’re ready to mix up a few drinks and take it easy this holiday. These five cocktails are each a little bit festive, extremely tasty, and all are simple to mix up making them the perfect sippers for today.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 oz. Bols Genever
  • 1/2 oz. All Spice Dram
  • 1/2 oz. Cacao
  • 1 oz. Milk

Preparation: Shake and double strain over crushed ice, garnish with nutmeg.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. ABERFELDY 12 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • 1 oz. Unfiltered Apple Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
  • Sparkling Wine (to top)

Preparation: Add ABERFELDY 12, apple juice, lemon juice and syrup to a glass and stir. Pour into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a dehydrated apple slice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Lobos 1707 Mezcal
  • 3/4 oz. Red Wine Syrup
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 bar spoon of Apricot Jam
  • 1 Dried Apricot

Preparation: Combine all liquid ingredients and apricot jam with ice in a shaker. Shake, strains, and serve in a rocks glass. Garnish with a dried apricot.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Galliano Ristretto
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Cream

Preparation: Build ingredients into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a spring of mint and as many white chocolate straws as you can handle.

The warmth of Buffalo Trace bourbon and nutmeg paired with crisp apple cider, lemon juice, and orange liqueur makes the Naughty and Spice the perfect cocktail to transport those who drink it to a warm southern holiday at Keeneland Racecourse.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 oz. Buffalo Trace
  • 1 oz. Orange Liqueur
  • 3 oz. Apple Cider
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg

Preparation: Build in a shaker tin with ice. Shake Hard and Strain over Ice. Garnish with Orange Wheel, Cinnamon Stick and Star of Anise.
