Merry Maple Sour

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Mount Gay XO
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon
  • 1/2 oz. Maple
  • 1/2 oz. Egg White

Preparation: Add all ingredients into shaker. Dry shake, then shake with ice. Find strain into chilled coupe. Express lemon oils over the surface. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Mount Gay Black Barrel
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime
  • 1 oz. Beet Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

Preparation: Add all ingredients to shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Mount Gay Black Barrel
  • 3 oz. Coconut Milk
  • 3 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Chai Syrup

Preparation: Add all ingredients to shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain over ice in Collins glass. Garnish with pineapple or lime zest.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Mount Gay XO
  • 3 oz. Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/2 oz. Clove Syrup

Preparation: Add all ingredients to shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into chilled rocks glass. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
