E11EVEN Toddy (Better Days)

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. E11EVEN Vodka
• 1 3/4 oz. Pear Nectar
• 1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz. ginger simple syrup*
• (*1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 4 tbsp. peeled/sliced ginger)
• 1 Pear slice for garnish

Preparation: Pour vodka, pear nectar, lemon juice, and ginger simple syrup into a pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a pear slice.

Ce11ebration

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. E11EVEN Vodka
• 1 1/2 oz. Dry Red Wine
• 1/2 oz. Spiced Pear Liqueur
• 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1/4 oz. Maple Syrup
• Seltzer and nutmeg to top

Preparation: Add all ingredients except seltzer to a stemless wine glass over ice. Top with the seltzer and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a pear fan and grated nutmeg.

Jo11y Red Chai (batch drink)

Ingredients

• 5 oz. of E11EVEN Vodka
• 1 1/2 cups of Angry Orchard Hard Cider
• 2 cups of Water
• 1 cup of Cranberry Juice
• 1/2 oz. Light Brown Sugar
• 3 tea bags of Chai Tea
• Lemon wheel and cloves to top

Preparation:  Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add the tea bags. Steep for 2 minutes and then remove tea bags. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Simmer over low heat and serve hot. Garnish with a lemon wheel and studded cloves.

Vani11a Dreams (batch drink)

Ingredients

• 3 oz. E11EVEN Vodka
• 2 cups Water
• 2 Peppercorns
• 3 Cloves, Whole
• 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp. Ground Cardamom
• 1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
• 1 Cinnamon Stick
• 2 Black Tea Bags
• 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Milk

Preparation: Combine vodka, water, peppercorns, cloves, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and a cinnamon stick in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil for at least five minutes. Turn off the heat and place tea bags in water. Steep for 5-6 minutes and stir. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla. Heat milk in the microwave for 15 seconds on medium heat and stir into tea. Serve immediately.
