Vigorous Pink Daiquiri

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. Sebago Lake Distillery’s Original Rum
  • Juice of 1 lime (About 1 oz.)
  • 1/2 oz. Grenadine

Preparation: Shake and strain into a chilled up glass for a properly vigorous cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Sebago Lake Distillery Spider Island Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau (Triple-Sec Works Too)
  • 3 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice (Juice of 1/2 Lime)
  • Grenadine for Color (About 1/3 oz.)

Preparation: Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry. Add a few cubes from the shaker to your glass if you’re out in the hot sun and there’s a risk of your cocktail getting warm.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Sebago Lake Distillery KOPI Coffee Rum
  • 16 oz. of your favorite Porter or Stout

Preparation: Fill a pint glass with your favorite Porter or Stout. Take a generous swig of the beer to make a little room and to settle your nerves, then add the Rum. Unlike a mimosa, you don’t need to stick your pinky up while you’re drinking your Brunch Bomb, but you certainly can if you’re feeling frisky.
