The Ocean Drive

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Elyx
  • 2 oz. Passion Fruit Puree or Fresh Pulp
  • 1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Agave Syrup
  • 2 Pinches Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Kafflir Lime Leaves

Vessel: Copper Pineapple

Garnish: Dried Whole Chilli and Passion Fruit

Preparation: Muddle kaffir lime leaves, add other ingredients. Shake and strain into copper pineapple over cubed ice. Cap with crushed ice and garnish.

  • 2 oz. Elyx
  • 1/2 oz. Calvados
  • 2 1/2 oz. Pear Juice
  • 2 1/2 oz. Lapsang Souchong Tea
  • 1 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Sugar Syrup

Vessel: Copper Pineapple

Garnish: Pear Essence and Dried Lemon Slice

Preparation: Shake and strain into copper pineapple over cubed ice. Cap with crushed ice and garnish.

  • 1 oz. Fino Sherry
  • 1 Freshly Chopped Orange Wedge (Squeezed and Discarded)
  • Top Tonic Water

Vessel: Highball

Garnish: Orange Wedge

Preparation: Build in a highball glass over cubed ice.
