Haru’s “Cucumber Matcha Margarita”

Designed to capture the lightest and cleanest flavors of the season, this margarita-with-a-twist packs in the nutrients with its natural detoxifying qualities.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ea. Fresh Cucumber Slice
  • 2 ea. Jalapeño Slice
  • 2 ea. Mint Leaves
  • 1 1/2 oz. Avión Silver Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Luxardo
  • 1/2 oz. Agave Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. Matcha Powder

Preparation: Muddle cucumber, jalapeño and mint in a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients, ice and shake vigourously for 8-10 seconds. Strain and serve into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with cucumber wheel and mint.

NYY Steak’s “Dynasty”

Like any dynasty, this cocktail continues to dominate the traditional happy hour cocktails by combining classic flavors with a dash of tartness.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 Crème de Cassis
  • Muddled Blackberries

Preparation: Combine Tequila, lime juice, Crème de Cassis with muddled blackberries. Strain. Pour into ice-filled glass and top with Goslings Ginger Beer.

Davio’s “Grapefruit Margarita”

Incorporating some of the summer’s fruitiest flavors, this refreshing cocktail brings you on to the beaches of Mexico with every sip.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Milagro Silver Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 Moon Orange Slice
  • 4 Lime Wedges

Preparation: Muddle lime wedges, simple syrup, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, orange slice, and tequila until limes and orange have released all their juices. Shake with ice and strain with fine mesh strainer into salted, ice-filled glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
