Summer Cocktail: Luce del Sole from Osteria Morini, NYC

By Chilled Magazine

The Luce del Sole, which translates to “sunlight,” is spirit-forward cocktail brought to life by the clean, balanced finish of FACUNDO NEO.

Incorporating honey syrup, Montanaro liquore and a hint of floral flavors from the Dandelion Burdock bitters, the Luce del Sole is a refined yet refreshing serve. This cocktail can be savored over an Italian dinner at Osteria Morini or aspiring mixologists can try their hand at creating this summer sipper and give it a mix.
