Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz. Belvedere Cytrus
- 3/4 oz. Crème de Cassis
- 1 1/2 oz. House Made Sour Mix
- 1 oz. Domaine Chandon Brut
Preparation: Combine Belvedere Cytrus, Crème de Cassis and house made sour in mixing glass. Add pellet ice to mixing tin. Shake vigorously. Add dry ice and marinated berries to chilled service glass. Strain mixture in service glass. Finish with Domaine Chandon Brut float.

Garnish: Cucumber Ribbon on Clear Spear & Two Stir Straws
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- 4 to 5 Slices of Cucumber
Preparation: Muddle cucumber and 3 pieces of pellet ice in mixing glass until cucumber is pureed. Add remaining ingredients to mixing glass. Add ice to mixing tin. Shake ONLY to combine. Strain over fresh pellet ice in service glass.

Garnish: Mint Sprig & Beverage Straw
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
- 1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. House Made Grenadine
- 5 drops Bittercube Cherry Vanilla Bark Bitters
- 3-4 Mint Leaves
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Add pellet ice to mixing tin. Shake to combine. Strain over fresh pellet ice into service glass.
Blood Orange Mimosa
Blood Orange Mimosa
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Boiron Blood Orange Puree
- 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
- 3 oz. Domaine Chandon Brut
Preparation: Combine puree and Grand Marnier in mixing tin. Shake moderately. Add Domaine Chandon Brut and stir gently. Strain into champagne flute. Garnish with an orange wheel.
