Sangria Cocktails from Twenty/20 in Carlsbad, CA

Stephen George, Mixologist & Beverage Manager at TWENTY/20 in Carlsbad, CA has created two cocktail recipes that put a twist on a traditional sangria to celebrate in style this season.
Red
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Spanish Brandy
- 1/2 oz. Spanish Orange Liqueur
- Splash of Crème de Cassis
- Squeeze of Orange and Lime
Preparation: Add fruit slices/wedges. Shake with ice and pour. Top with Spanish Red wine.
White
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Mandarin Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Pavan Liqueur (Elderflower Liqueur Will Work)
- Squeeze of Orange and Lime
- 3-5 Mint Leaves
Preparation: Add Fruit slices/wedges. Shake and pour. Add Club Soda or Lemon-Lime Soda (depending on how sweet you want it). Top with Spanish Rose wine.
