Red, White & Blue Cocktails Salute the Stars and Stripes

Fireworks, barbeque, sunny weather, great food, and craft cocktails are on the menu for the perfect Fourth of July celebration.

Chilled has you covered with this year’s hottest flavors. Toast to the USA by serving up one of these tasty Fourth-inspired cocktails below. Whether red, white, blue — or all three — they are sure to add an explosive note to your weekend.

Berry Explosive

Ingredients:

  • 4 parts Milagro Silver Tequila
  • 1 part Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 parts Agave Nectar
  • Raspberries (8 per batch)
  • Blueberries (12 per batch)
  • Raspberries and Blueberries (for garnish)

Preparation: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Fill two glasses with crushed or shaved ice and pour over. Top with raspberries and blueberries.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 oz. Vodka
  • 5 oz. Champagne
  • 1/4 oz. Blue Curaçao
  • Sparkling Sugar for Rim
  • Raspberries & Cranberries for Garnish Skewer

Preparation: Wet the rim of the glass with a lime wedge and dip the mouth of the glass in the sparkling sugar. Pour vodka, champagne and blue curacao liquor into glass. Skewer raspberries and blueberries and garnish glass.

Dobel Patriotic Margarita

Serves: 2

Layer 1 – Blue

Ingredients:

In a blender, combine the following ingredients

  • 2 oz. DOBEL Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Blue Curaçao

Preparation: Fill your blender with ice and turn on the machine. Blend until the ice has completely broken up. Pour this concoction one-third the way up your rocks glasses. This is your base layer.

Layer 2 – White

Rinse out the blue concoction out of the blender jar and prepare for round 2. In a clean blender, combine the following

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. DOBEL Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Preparation Fill your blender with ice and turn on the machine. The mixture should be consistent with the blue layer. Using a spoon, carefully spoon the margarita into the glasses until you’ve filled another third of the glass. This will allow you to avoid blended the layers with the force of the pour.

Layer 3 – Red

Your last layer will be the final topper of this delicious patriotic margarita. Wash out the blender and add the following

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. DOBEL Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Grenadine

Preparation: Fill the blender with ice and blend again. Spoon it out into the glasses for the final layer and top with a maraschino cherry. Serve cocktails with straws.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire
  • 1 oz. Apple Juice
  • Ginger Beer
  • Apple Slices (for garnish)

Preparation: Shake Jack Fire with apple juice and ice. Strain over fresh ice into a collins glass. Top with a mild ginger beer. Garnish with apple slices and fun 4th of July decorations.

Patriotic Pops

Makes: 6

  • ONEHOPE Sparkling Brut
  • 2 cups Frozen Blueberries
  • 2 cups Frozen Raspberries
  • 2 cups Lemonade
  • 2 cups Water

Preparation: Blend blueberries in a blender or food processor until an even consistency is reached. Add water slowly to the blender to help reach desired consistency. Pour blueberry mixture into a bowl. Repeat step 1 with raspberries. In a popsicle mold, pour your raspberry mixture into each mold until 1/3 of the mold is full. Freeze your first layer. Note: we used this mold to make the freezing process super quick (each layer froze in 5-7 minutes). Once raspberry layer is frozen, repeat with your lemonade and blueberry mixture. When popsicles are completely frozen, remove from the mold and place in a wine glass. Top with ONEHOPE Sparkling Brut.

Serves: 25

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
  • 1 bottle Lillet Rouge
  • 12 oz. Red Zinger Tea (Brewed at 2x Strength)
  • 6 oz. Agave Nectar
  • 6 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 6 oz. Berry Blend Puree (Puree Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Red Grapes in blender)

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl and stir well. Float an ice block in the center and garnish with floating blueberries, raspberries, halved grapes, blood orange slices and a few mint leaves.

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts SVEDKA Vodka
  • 1/2 part Orange Curaçao
  • 1/2 part Simple Syrup
  • 1 part Fresh Lime Juice
  • Dash of Grenadine

Preparation: Combine ingredients in a pitcher and top with ice. Garnish with blackberries and mint.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 parts SVEDKA Vodka
  • 1 part Watermelon Schnapps
  • 1/2 part Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2 part Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 part Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 part Blue Curaçao
  • Soda Water

Preparation: Build in the glass. Add watermelon schnapps and cranberry juice over ice, then carefully add lemon, simple syrup, and SVEDKA to layer the white layer, then VERY carefully layer the blue curaçao to create the color separation, and gently top with soda. Garnish with fresh watermelon pieces.


Wild Berry Smash

Wild Berry Smash

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Belvedere Wild Berry
  • Half a Lemon (cut into quarters)
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Berries (could be blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries or a combination of any and all)

Preparation: In a mixing glass, muddle the lemon quarters and berries with the simple syrup. Add the Belvedere Wild Berry. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain contents over ice. Garnish with fresh berries.
