Elderflower Fizz

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. NOLET’S Silver
- 1 oz. Aperol
- 2 oz. St. Germaine
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 oz. Water
- 2 Egg Whites
- Top off with St. Germaine Foam
Island Sling

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. NOLET’S Silver
- 1 oz. Cocchi Americano
- 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 2 oz. Coconut Water
- Splash of Simple Syrup
- 1 tsp. Coconut Nectar
The Flirt
Hannah Lally, Centro Latin Kitchen – Boulder, CO
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. NOLET’S Silver Dry Gin
- 1/4 oz. St. Germaine Liqueur
- Brut Champagne
- 2 Drops Rose Water
- 6-8 Pomegranate Seeds
Preparation: Shake the first two ingredients with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top with brut sparkling wine and add drops of rose water. Garnish with 6-8 pomegranate seeds.
