Must Mix: Thanksgiving Day Cocktails

Mix up these turkey time tipples using ONEHOPE Wine, Svedka Vodka, and Serpent’s Bite Apple Cider Whisky.
ONEHOPE Wine’s Fig & Rosemary Sparkling Cocktail
(Makes: 4 drinks)
Ingredients:
- ONEHOPE Sparkling Wine
- 4 oz. Chilled Svedka Vodka
- Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 cup Water
- 3 sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
- 1/2 cup Fig Puree (2 cups Fresh Figs, 4 tbsp. Water Blended in a Food Processor)
- 2 Lemons (Juice and Peel for Garnish)
- 4 oz. Rosemary Simple Syrup
Preparation: Combine honey, water, and fresh rosemary into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally until the mixture has reduced by half. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool completely. While simple syrup is chilling, remove stems from figs and place all but two figs in a food processor. Pulse to puree until consistency resembles that of applesauce. Set aside.Using a citrus peeler, peel lemons to juice and then set juice aside. Once simple syrup has chilled completely, combine syrup, fig puree, chilled vodka, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Fill two glasses with ice and pour cocktail mixture into each glass. Top with ONEHOPE Sparkling Brut and garnish with lemon peel, fresh rosemary, and one half fig each.
Hot & Bothered
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. SVEDKA Raspberry
- dash Angostura bitters
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Syrup
- Squeezed Lemon Wedge
- Top with Hot Apple Cider
Preparation: Build ingredients in a toddy mug, top with hot apple cider and garnish with a thin apple slice and star anise.
Cherry Harvest
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. SVEDKA Cherry
- 3/4 oz. Honey
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz. Cherry Herring
- 1 1/2 oz. Porter Beer
Preparations: Build in a cocktail shaker except for beer, shake and strain into a highball glass over ice. Add beer and stir. Garnish with fresh cherries.
Quaker Shot
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. SERPENT’S BITE
- 3/4 oz. Raspberry Syrup
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a glass over ice and garnish with fresh raspberries.
Harvest Apple Shot
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. SERPENT’S BITE
- 1/2 oz. Apple Liqueur
- Splash of Cranberry Juice
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a shot glass, take the shot, bite the apple.
Frog Legs Shot
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz. of Svedka Vodka
- 1/2 oz. of Melon Liqueur
- 1 oz. of Pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz. of Sweet-and-Sour Mix
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice, strain into shot glass.
Mexican Apple Shot

Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz. of Tequila
- 1/2 oz. of Sour Apple Liqueur
- 1 oz. of Cranberry Juice
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice, strain into 4 oz. shot glass.
