Whether you’re hitting the blackjack tables or people watching at The Parlour Bar, slide your usual Moscow Mule aside and treat yourself to the ultra-refreshing Siegel’s Spritzer.

Named after the famed mob boss and former owner of the El Cortez, Bugsy Siegel, this refreshingly light cocktail offers a harmonious blend of Vermouth, Rosé Liqueur and Sparkling Asti. Topped with a skewer of fresh raspberries and offering just the right amount of fizz, the Siegel’s Spritzer is sure to become a new summer favorite.

Siegel’s Spritzer

By Siegel’s 1941

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Carpano Bianco Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz. Giffard Pamplemousse Rosé Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 4 Fresh Raspberries

Fill: Martini Sparkling Asti

Glass: White Wine Glass

Preparation: Combine all ingredients (sans Asti) in a mixing glass with ice, shake vigorously and strain simultaneously with Asti over fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh lemon wheel and raspberry skewer.
